Abstract		Technical improved ultrasound machines enable a reliable diagnosis and the classification of congenital renal abnormalities, which are incorporated in the Potter's syndrom. In the article the typical ultrasound findings in some congenital anomalies of the kidneys are described.
Summary		Tehnično popolnejše aparature omogočajo zanesljivo diagnozo in klasifikacijo posameznih prirojenih nepravilnosti ledvic, ki jih uvrščamo v sindrom Potter. V članku so pisane značilnosti ultrazvočne preiskavi pri nekaterih nepravilnostih ledvic.
