Abstract		Three cases of adenosquamous carcinoma arising in the gallbladder and pancras are reported. Characteristic pathohistological were confirmed by conventional, so as immunohistochemical staining including cytokeratins 8, 18, and 13. However, the correct diagnosis was argumented by exclusion of a metastasis from other organs, also.
