Abstract		The following paper discusses the problems of the shoulder (joint), which is the second cause for the orthopaedic examination in the elementary health (service). Since these problems are very acute at the Department of Physical Medicin and Medicin Rehabilitation in the Health Home - Maribor, the authoress of this contribution carried out the comparison of the success within the movement of the limited shoulder mobility according to the joint mobilization and classical method (passive and active movement). In addition, the autoress in more detail presents the joint mobilization method as well as the functional anatomy of the shoulder (joint). In conclusion, she analyzes the data collected through the treatment of thirty patients (15 of each group).
