Abstract		Availabilitiy of echocardiography in emergency department and intensive care unit affects clinical approach to most of the patients. Echocardiography provides the means for diagnosis as well as for hemodynamic assessment of the patients. We would like to demonstrate a practical approach to the acute patient with chest pain, dyspnoe and hypotension.
