Abstract     By the pathophysiologycal mechanisms angina pectoris could be one of the escorting symptoms of shock, which is caused by reduced supply with oxygen in the heart muscle. Reasons are different, such as reduced volume and number of intravascular elements (red cells, hemoglobin). There is one interesting case which shows that even a small, unimportant injury can affect the patient and causes a diagnostic problem in searching the reason of patient troubles. The consequence is patient bad status and the loss of precious time for right decision.
