Abstract		The heterogeneity of the laboratory medicine is presented as a professional field, which has beer included in the renewed program of probationership for pharmacist in a health service. The imporance of joint program for emplo- yment of pharmacists and for their co-operation among themselves or with other sanitary professionals is shown.
