Abstract | There is an adequate level satisfaction with work and a bit lower level of satisfaction with working conditions. Majority of all estimations are in the interval "satisfied". The lowest is the level of satisfaction with reward system and with decision making system. Decision making system is alienated, far away from workers with minimal workers influences on decisions. There is no reflex on of influence on motivation of workers. Majority of workers are safisfed with basic reward system, especially with material basis of reward. According to the workers estimations there are no real possibilities to earn more in the neighbourhood. The average level of interpersonal relation's satisfaction is an adequate one. Level of work satisfaction including satisfaction with working conditions and payment system, is on the level of average. Majority of workers estimate their work efforts as adequate. Their work investments are adequate and their level of perceived work load is moderate. From the analysis of particular answers the most influential motivation factors are work itself and payment system. Quite a lot of workers are willing to participate in benification measures. According to this answers work loads are very heavy for some workers. They will not be able to work for the whole working period. According to workers opinion benification measures are protective measure and reward system at the same time. | |
