Abstract		In this article the patients with disturbances in sexual relations are analysed. The author presents the events and the life periods that have its influence on sexual behaviour together with the most often organic causes of sexual disturbances especially from the gynaecological point of view. Diagnostics and recommendations concerning the medical treatment of gynaecological causes are also given.
Summary		V prispevku obravnavamo bolnice z motnjami v spolnih odnosih. Navajamo življenjska obdobja in dogodke, ki vplivajo na spolno vedenje. Predvsem s stališča ginekologa povzemamo najpogostejše organske vzroke spolnih motenj. Navajamo diagnostiko in priporočila za zdravljenje ginekoloških vzrokov.
