Abstract		In Slovenia congenital clotting deficiencies are rare chronic diseases. There is a small number of patients and as a consenuence of this there are problems in organising health care. The existing sheme and the tasks of the organisational units are presented. The replacement therapy is integral part of health care and it must not be taken out of this frame. Preparations, available for replacement therapy at the moment in Slovenia, their safety and efficiency is discussed.
