Abstract		Chronic idiopathic thrombocitopenia (ITP) is the most frequent immunological disease in adults; women are involved twice as frequent than men. Thrombocitopenic hemorrhagies are the first sign of the disease. The course of the disease is usually chronical. Spontaneous healing is not frequent. Specific treatsment is necessary when the number of platelets falls below 20 000.
