Abstract		The article describes a patient with dilutional hyponatraemia, which was a consequence of treatment of primary nocturnal enuresis with synthetic antidiuretic hormone. It discusses the balance of body fluid osmolarity, describes the causes of dilutional hyponatraemia and presents directives for therapeutic management.
Summary		Prispevek prikazuje bolnika z dilucijsko hiponatremijo, ki je bila posledica zdravljenja primarne nočne enureze s sintetičnim antidiuretskim hormonom. Obravnava uravnavanje osmolarnosti telesnih tekočin, opisuje vzroke dilucijske hiponatremije in podaja smernice za terapevtsko ukrepanje.
