Abstract		Fungi are potentially rich source of active substances. Inhibitors of pancreatic lipase are the group of active substances indicated by obesity. The first drug from this group was registered only recently. In this study we searched for the inhibitors of pancreatic lipase in methanol-water extracts from the fruiting bodies of 92 different species of fungi belonging to basidiomycetes. lnhibitory activity was measured by an in vitro assay using rough pancreatic extract as an enzyme source, olive oil as a substrate and titrimetric determination of the reaction products. The highest inhibitory activity was found in the species Lyophyllum connatum.
Summary		Gobe so potencialno bogat vir novih biološko aktivnih snovi z zdravilnim učinkom. Inhibitorji pankreasne lipaze so skupina zdravilnih učinkovin, ki so indicirane ob debelosti, hiperlipidemiji in hiperholesterolemiji. Prvo zdravilo iz te skupine je bilo pri nas registrirano šele pred nedavnim. V tej raziskavi smo iskali inhibitorje pankreasne lipaze v metanolno-vodnih izvlečkih plodišč 92 različnih vrst gob iz skupine prostotrosnic (Bazidiomycotina). Inhibitorno aktivnost smo merili z in vitro testom z uporabo grobega pankreasnega izvlečka kot vira encima, olivnega olja kot substrata in titrimetrijske določitve produktov encimske reakcije. Največjo inhibitorno aktivnost je pokazal izvleček iz belega zajčka (Lyophyllum connatum).
