Abstract     Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) with the mean diameter 130 nm and zeta potential -40 mV were prepared using a melt emulsification method. For long-time stability it is important to store SLN in refrigerator (T = 4 stopinje C). The incorporation of spin labels PC (10,3) and MeFASL (10,3) in the SLN and interactions of SLN with model membranes were studied by the EPR method. The results indicate that in SLN incorporated substance distribute between the solid lipid core and the phospholipid layer. Interactions of SLN with liposomes show that the passive transport of MeFASL (10,3) in the phospholipidic bilayer is faster than that of PC (10,3).
Summary     Z metodo emulgiranja taline lipidov smo izdelali trdne lipidne nanodelce (SLN) s povprečnim premerom 130 nm in zeta potencialom -40 mV. Ugotovili smo, da je za dolgoročno stabilnost potrebno disperzijo SLN shranjevati v hladilniku (T = 4 degree C). Vgrajevanje spinskih označevalcev PC (10, 3) in MeFAS1(10, 3) v SLN in interakcije SLN z modelnimi membranami smo proučevali z metodo EPR. Iz rezultatov lahko sklepamo, da se vgrajene spojine v SLN porazdelijo med trdnim lipidnim jedrom in zunanjim fosfolipidnim slojem. Interakcije SLN z liposomi kažejo, da je pasivni transport McFASL (10, 3) v fosfolipidno dvoslojno plast bistveno hitrejši od transporta PC (10, 3).
