Abstract     The pollen measurement has been performed on two locations in Slovenia: in the central part of the state in Ljubljana and at the North Mediterranean coast in Koper. Ljubljana: In March the pollen of hazel, alder, poplar, maple, ash, elm, willow and pollen from yew and cypress family was recorded. The counts exceeded 100 pollen grains/m3 only four days this month. The maple pollen concentration was high the last two days on the month since the trees nearby the pollen trap started to bloom. Koper: The pollen spectra in Koper was almost the same as in Ljubljana. The exception was hornbeam pollen which appeared at the end of the month and the maple pollen which was absent. The counts were higher than in Ljubljana (13 days exceeded the concentration 100 pollen grains/m3) due to high cypress pollen counts. The results are presented in figures from 3.1 to 3.9.
