Abstract     Acute aortic dissection is a medical emergency not rare in practice of PHU doctor. It presents a big diagnostical problem because of the wide variety of clinical manifestations. It could be misdiagnosed, which could lead to catastrophic consequences for patient. Therefore diagnosis of aortic dissection should not only be considered when tipical symptoms of shocked patient with ripping chest pain are present, but also in patient with atipical chest or abdominal pain. Appropiate therapy and transportation to hospital must be ensured.
