| Abstract | Seventy-one year-old patient was admitted to the intensive care unit due to suspected acute myocardial inafction. Coronary angiography revealed normal coronary arteries. The patient went into cardiogenic shock, he was treated with intraaortic baloon pump and i.v. adrenaline. Repeated coronary angiography revealed no changes as compared to the previous one. The patient's condition worsened and he died. The autopsy showed phaeochromocytoma of the right suprarenal gland. | |
