Abstract		This article deals with the introduction of the global quality or TOTAL QUALTIY (TQ) in the private physiotherapy company. In line with the other parts of Europe and all other developed countires, we too in Slovenia are entering a new era of development, where the know-how is becoming increasingly more a determining factor in dindurstry and the service activities. In order to realize the European quality standards and therewith a further growth, it is absoulitely necessary to introduce the TQ and to relentlessly continue to improve on the levels already reached. In so doing we shall endeavour not only to keep improving the technical quality standards and to meet the ISO requirements, but also to introduce a new organisational culture in the company, which would with appropriate communication systems and ethics, ensure a treater satisfaction of our clients (patients), greater motivation of the personnel and enhance their professionalism.
