Abstract     We talk about the extra uterine or ectopic pregnancy when a fertilized egg is placed anywhere outside the uterine cave. It is a dangerous disease, which causes heavy intra abdominal hemorrhages and requires surgical treatment. At hospital admittance the nurse has to reveal, in a very short time, subjective and objective signs of hemorrhages, perform intervention for support of vital functions and prepare the patient for a surgical intervention. Cooperation of the whole medical team and other services is urgently necessary. In the postoperative period, medical care is focused on the prevention of early and late postoperative complications and into help with performing activities prior to working methods.
