Abstract		The modern methods of fracture treating Biological fixation using open or close methods is recognized as the treatment of choise for the most fractures. This method attempt to preserve the blood supplay to improve the rate of fracture healing, decrease the incidence of infection and re-fracture. The purpose of article is to provide a brief overwiev of the basis of biological fixation and development of the modern methods of fracture treating.
