Abstract     The frequency, types and risk of complications following frontal bone fractures directly depend on the primary injury. The more extensive the injury, the more open and infected it is, the more impressed or comminuted the fractured parts, the more extensive pre and/or post-operative liquorrhea, the larger the dural tears, the greater the intracranial hemorrhaging and the larger extent of brain damage, the more complications can be expected. During regular check-ups, both the injured and their relatives should be constantly reminded of the symptoms of possible complications that may appear even years following an injury. Four patients presented in this report had late complications following frontal bone fracture.
Summary     Število, vrsta in stopnja nevarnosti zapletov po zlomih čelnega dela glave so neposredno odvisni od prvotne poškodbe. Prikazani so štirje bolniki s poznimi posledicami zloma čelne kosti.
