Abstract		Endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy is an old surgical technique (Caldwel 1893), but it is rather difficult to perform it without a microscope or an endoscope. With the development of endonasal endoscopic sinus surgery technique, we assist to a renewal of the endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy. This is an elegant and a very rewarding technique. It permits to open the lacrymal sack with many advantages over the tradicional external approach. The results of endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy are excellent for all that we have a perfect knowledge of difficulties and pittfals of endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy. A strict operative indication must allways be discussed by the otorhinolarynologist and the ophthalmologist.
Summary		Endonazalna dakriocistorinostomija je stara kirurška tehnika, vendar je težko izvedljiva brez mikroskopa ali endoskopa. Z razvojem endonazalne endoskopske kirurške tehnike pa smo pripomogli k oživitvi endonazalne dakriocistorinostomije. To je zelo elegantna in uspešna metoda. V primerjavi s tradicionalnim zunanjim pristopom odpiranja solzne vrečke ima endoskopski operativni pristop mnogo prednosti. Rezultati endonazalne dakriocistorinostomije so odlični, zavedamo pa se tudi težav in pomanjkljivosti te kirurške tehnike. Pri vsakem bolniku mora biti postavljena točna indikacija za operativni poseg s strani otorinolaringologa in oftalmologa.
