| Abstract | In a prospective study 30 children, aged 2-13 years, with different form of chronic tubotympanal disorders (16 children with chronic secretory otitis and 14 children with recurrent otitis) underwent 24-hours continuous esophageal pH monitoring. Results showed that in 18 of 30 our children pathological gastroesophageal reflux was proved (in 9 children with secretory and in 9 with recurrent otitis). | |
