Abstract		The aim and procedure of proposed risk assessement method is described. Proposed method contains the main subjects of analysis as: safety and health in the management system, mechanical safety; electricity; dangerous substances, biogenic risks, environment temperature and air quality, fire and explosions, surfaces and media temperatures, noise and ultrasound, vibrations, lighting, Increased/low pressure, physical strain, physical and sensor strain, maintenance and hygiene, training and qualification, first aid and rescuing, workers cooperation and others. Method is quantitative based. The basis for the evaluating of the magnitude of risk are the tables, from which the magnitude of the risk could be directly read off. The risk is evaluated from 1 to 5. Leval 1 denotes neglecting risk, by risk 4 immediate action is indicated, level 5 means the highest possible danger where immediate action and immediate stop of working procedure is nessecary. Procedure is general and is not oreinted to any special production branch. General proposals for safety measures are also given.
