Abstract		The article is indicating the need for preparation of prevention programs against infections in the health service. Author has introduced the desinfection sphere of anti infection programs. The need for prevention is founded with directives from the Act of infection diseases. She sees advantages of prevention of infections and lower expenses. In article is present the basic model of the desinfection program in the health service.
