Abstract		Abscesses and fistule in anorectal region have the same origin and require similar treatment for their healing. Abscesses are acute, fistule chronic form of the same ilness. Diagnosis and treatment are simple for majority of these processes, whereas some forms are very complicated. For proper treatment of these illnesses exeptional knowledge, great experience and ability are necessary.
