Abstract		Delayed hemolytic transfusion reaction is accelerated destruction of transfused red cells after an interval during which the recipient mounts an immune response to an antigen carried by the transfused cells. In our case the delayed hemolytic transfusion reaction was due to anti-S, which is rarely mentioned in such cases. The importance of observing the effects of transfusions is emphasized.
Summary		Odložena hemolitična transfuzijska reakcija je pospešena razgradnja eritrocitov, ki nastopi v časovnem zamiku po transfuziji zaradi imunskega odgovora na antigen na transfundiranem eritrocitu. Pri naši bolnici je odloženo hemolitično reakcijo povzročilo protitelo anti-S. Protitelo anti-S je le redko opisano kot povzročitelj odložene hemolitične transfuzijske reakcije. Poudarjen je pomen spremljanja učinka transfuzij.
