Abstract		Background. We report on a case of 45 year old female with coexistent granulomatous diseases: active hematogenously disseminated tuberculosis and sarcoidosis. The patient was followed for 3.5 years. Conclusion. We propose the two granulomatouses are etiopathologically connected. Extensive, bacteriologically highly positive tuberculous infection may have induced patients immune system and may have, thereby, caused the development of sarcoidosis.
Summary		Izhodišča. Opisana je 45-letna bolnica s hkrati dvema ugotovljenima granulomatoznima boleznima, in sicer z aktivno hematogeno diseminirano tuberkulozo ter sarkoidozo. Stanje je bilo spremljano tri leta in pol. Zaključki. Avtorji predpostavljajo, da bi lahko bili granulomatozi etiopatogensko soodvisni. Domnevno bi lahko razširjena, masivno bakteriološko pozitivna tuberkulozna okužba vzburila imunski sistem bolnice z razvojem sarkoidoze.
