Abstract		Expertise of medical profession is mainly based on data from medical documentation be it in criminal law procedure, in criminal or in civil procedure. In the first two procedural law facts, the expert is as a rule satisfied with the data from medical documentation. In the civil procedure, however, the court of justice demands apart from the data from medical documentation also personal medical examination of the victim, which is a rule performed by the expert himself. In cases where more extensive examinations are needed (x-rays, CT or MR or other medical examinations), the victim id referred to an adequate specialistic institution. In cases when the expert is not directly called to the inspection of the traffic accident location, the accident report is a valuable document and serves as a base for so called accident data. on which the expert builds his starting-points in the findigs of expert opinion.
Summary		Izvedenstvo medicinske stroke v pretežni meri temelji na podatkih iz zdravstvene dokumentacije, pa naj bo to izvedenstvo v kazenskopreiskovalnem postopku, v kazenskem ali v civilnopravdnem postopku. V prvih dveh procesno pravnih dogodkih izvedencu pravilom azadostujejo podatki iz zdravstvene dokumentacije, v cicvilnopravdnem postopku pa poleg podatkov iz medicinske dokumentacije sodišče zatheva tudi osebni zdravniški pregled oškodovanca, ki ga praviloma opravi izvedenec sam, v primerih potrebnih obsežnejših preiskav (rtg slikanje, CT ali MR ali druge medicinske preiskave) pa oškodovanca napoti na tak potreben pregled v ustrezno specialistično ustanovo. Pročilo o nezgodi je v primerih, ko izvedenec ni pritegnjen neposredno k ogledu kraja prometne nesreče, dragocen dokument, ki služi izvedencu kot osnova t.i. podatkov o dogodku, na katerih izvedenec gradi svoja izhodišča v izvidu izvedendkega mnenja.
