Abstract		A patient with malaria travelling for several months trough different tropical countries is described. She got sick, altough her antimalarial chemosuppression was correct. The treatment was succesful only after combination of quinine, doxyciline and mefloquine.
Summary		Opisujemo primer bolnice, ki je po večmesečnem potovanju po številnih tropskih deželah zbolela za malarijo kljub primerni kemoprofilaksi. Zdravljenje je bilo uspešno šele s kombinacijo kinina, doksiciklina in meflokina.
