Abstract		Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a demyelinating disease of the central nervous system. In this article different treatment approaches of treating MS patients are outlined. The goal of therapy in patients with MS is to prevent relapses and progressive worsening of the disease, which results in longer social and physical activity, and improved quality of life.
