Abstract		In this article postcoital methods of contraception are reviewed. The authors present results of prospective study, comparing efficacy and acceptability of two regimens used for postcoital contraception. They conclude that both compared methods are effective, but Yuzpe method is less acceptable.
Summary		Prispevek obravnava pregled metod postkoitalne kontracepcije. Avtorice poročajo o izsledkih primerjalne prospektivne raziskave o uspešnosti in sprejemljivosti postkoitalne kontracepcije. Zaključujejo, da sta obe primerjalni metodi uspešni, vendar je več neželenih učinkov po Yuzpejevi metodi.
