| Abstract | The paper reviews the impact of epilepsy on education, employability and the employment of persons with epilepsy. The definition of vocational rehabilitation is given and rules for its implementation, structure and process stated. Evaluation at work and coopexation with the employer/educational institute are emphasized. The referral criteria for the vocation rehabilitation of persons with epilepsy are stated. The conclusion gives a case report. | |
| Summary | V prispevku so predstavljeni problemi ljudi z epilepsijo, povezani z izobraževanjem, zaposlovanjem in zaposlenostjo. Opredeljena je definicija poklicne rehabilitacije, njena zakonska utemeljenost, organiziranost in strokovno metodološke značilnosti izvajanja, poudarjen je pomen ocenjevanja z delom in sodelovanje z delodajalcem/izobraževalnim zavodom. Podana so priporočila za napotitev. V zaključku je podan primer iz prakse. | |
