Abstract		The pollen measurement has been performed on two locations in Slovenia: in the central part of the state in Ljubljana and at the North Mediterranean coast in Koper. In June the following allergenic pollen types were present in the air: grass, sweet chestnut, pollen from nettle family, plantain, pine, lime tree pollen. These are the species which are important for the allergic people. Grass. Grass pollen was all June present in the air. The concentration was low on both locations (Figure 6.6.); in Ljubljana the first five days of June, and in period from 17 to 23 June the concentration was moderate.
