Abstract		Background. Coma and acute respiratory failure is rare after acute phenotiazine poisoning. Nontraumatic rhabdomyolysis and intestinal pseudoobstruction can also complicate acute phenotizaine poisoning. Conclusions. A case of patient, suffering nontraumatic rhabdomyolysis, acute respiratory failure and acute intestinal pseudoobstruction after phenotiazine poisoning is reported and discussed.
Summary		Izhodišča. Huda oblika zastrupitve s fenotiazini z nezavestjo in akutno respiracijsko odpovedjo je redka. Netravmatska rabdomioliza in akutna psevdoobstrukcija črevesja sta možen zaplet tudi pri akutni zastrupitvi s fenotiazini. Zaključki. Opisan je primer bolnika z akutno respiracijsko odpovedjo, nezavestjo, netravmatsko rabdomiolizo in akutno psevdoobstrukcijo črevesja po zaužitju večje količine fenotiazina.
