Abstract     The first part of the thesis describes the scintigraphic data acquisition with two parallel computer systems. With the first one the ECG signal is digitized, shape of QRS complex recognized and the heart cycle length measured. With the appropriate code for normal, extrasystolic and postextrasystolic beats the second scintigraphic computer system is controlled in list mode acquisition of sequential coordinates and time marks. After patients study completion the computer reconstruction is taken over to sort the scintigraphic data into normal, extrasystolic and postextrasystolic representative sequence of scintigrams. Among original solutions is the idea of using two parallel computer systems in data acquisition, twoparametric ECG signal recognition and the reconstruction of representative normal, extrasystolic and postextrasystolic sequences. The second part of the thesis presents the original preprocessing method of nonsymmetric inverse Fourier filtering of every scintigram in representative sequence. In verse filter is constructed as the product of reciprocal modulation transfer function of scintigraphic system and the Hamming's lowpas filter. The optimization criteria is the minimum of difference between the filtered and original scintigram. Less than 5 for fitting the regional time activity curves. The adaptive multiharmonic Fourier analysis and gamma function analysis are applied to improve the accuracy of systolic and diastolic functional indexes. The total error is decreassed for two to three times. Methods for scintigraphic data analysis and intelligent triggering apparatus have proved to be valuable in the diagnosis of ectopic disturbances and left ventricle function estimation
