Abstract		Sanitation and DDD are spheres of activities like necessary elements of human health. Veterinary medicine acts like protection factor of consumer of food of animal origin. This began with animal health care and last till the operation with the raw animal material, product, or foodstuffs of animal origin. On the basis of veterinary sanitation preventive measures Veterinary legislation define ways of healthy foodstuffs production in the clean environment.
