Abstract		The aim of our opinion-study is to introduce a present incidence BSE in the world and the situation in Slovenia, is to present and to calculate a present risk for human infection with nv-CJD and to calculate a present BSE risk managment measures, including import (inter-state trade) and current feeding restrictions.
