Abstract		The problems of the drinking water sampling for chemical-physical analysis will be represented in this lecture such as: design of sampling programmes, types of sample containers, characteristic of materials, preparation of containers, sampling techniques, the preservation, transport, storage of samples and the reception in the laboratory.
