Abstract		Shoulder clinical examination is still the main diagnostic procedure of soft tissue injuries of the shoulder. It involves inspection, palpation, motion tests and range of motion, muscular strenght tests and special tests for impingement, gleno-humeral joint instability and rotatory cuff injuries.
