Abstract		Appropriate treatmenf of the unstable acromioclavicular syndesmolysis without important displacement remains controversial. Decission can be made easier by using Rockwood's classification and individualizing the cases. In the study we analyzed different operative procedures of fhe acromio- clavicular stabilization. The results of the study show that there is no ideal procedure. The best results, particularly regarding to postoperative complications, brings fhe tension band fixation with K wires. Based on the results we conclude that fhe number of complications can be reduced wifh the use of appropriate operative technique and materiaL
