Abstract		We analized 67 patients treated by operation technique with dislocation A-C joint 111 degree (TOOSY). We found out despite of different techniques achieve very good results but we are not completly satisfied because of 8% poor results (ruin of osteossynthesis). We found out that subjective results are the same as functional results.
