Abstract		Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma accounts for 95% of the malignant tumors of the pancreas.The incidence of pancreatic adenocarcinoma has constantly increase. The tumor carries a poor prognosis with a 5-year survival rate. Radiologic imaging modalities for diagnosis and staging of pancreatic carcinoma are important and have contributed to a rise in the rate of resectability. They include conventional and spiral CT, MR and MRCP
Summary		Ductalni adenokarcinom pomeni 95 % malignih tumorjev trebušne slinavke. Incidenca tega tumorja konstantno narašča. Prognoza tega tumorja je v 5-letnem preživetjn slaba. Radiološke slikovne metode so pomembne za diagnozo in zamejitev bolezni, ki vplivajo na odločitev o resektabilnosti tumorja. Radiološke slikovne diagnastične metode so nativni in spiralni CT, MR in MRCP.
