Abstract		The paper describes the significance, of modern approach to training programs of physical therapists to achieve quick and more effective rehabilitation of treated patients. Characteristics of individual training methods are presented. In addition to professional expertise, an effective therapy depends to a great extent on communication skills of the therapist as well.
