Abstract     Degenerative diseases are one of the commonest diseases that affect almost every person more or less. Ageing genetic predisposition, chronic stress, bad habbits, certain trigger illnesses - acute or chronic and almost insignificant or unnoticeable micro injuries, slowly break down at first bigger, than smaller joints and surrounding tissue. The most common of this degenerative diseases is osteoarthritis. Joint symptoms are also major problem in the connective tissue diseases, like rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. The inflamatory process that goes on, more or less agressive, is the leading symptom. We can act on it very successfuly with biostimulative lasers. The wavelenght and the medium power of the laser are the parameters that are crucial in the depth range of the laser power.
