Abstract     Two receptors for ammodytoxin, a neurotoxic snake venom phospholipase A2, were discovered in porcine cerebral cortex. The preliminary localization study showed that the receptors are not co-localized. 180 kDa receptor was in the plasma membrane fraction while 25 kDa receptor was enriched in the fraction containing endosomal structures and mitochondria.
Summary     V prašičjem cerebralnem korteksu smo odkrili dva receptorja za amoditoksin, nevrotoksično fosfolipazo A2 iz modrasovega strupa. Preliminarne lokalizacijske raziskave so pokazale, da se receptorja ne nahajata v istih subcelularnih frakcijah. Medtem ko je bil receptor z molekulsko maso 180 kDa prisoten v frakciji, bogati s plazemskimi membranami, se je receptor z molekulsko maso 25 kDa pojavil v frakciji, ki je vsebovala endosomske strukture in mitohondrije.
