Abstract		The article presents a patient with atherosclerotic disease of peripherah arteries (ADPA). This case is quite pathognomonic since many patients with ADPA are recognised late in the process of the disease. Atherosclerosis is then usually accompanied by other manifestations of systemic involvement that limit the possibility of a more aggressive therapeutic approach.
