Abstract		The work of occupational therapists expresses itself through the knowledge as rich as the tradition and history of occupational therapy. Occupational therapists are creative through the power of ideas and words that they bring into life; in terms of their fundamental mission, each of them is a creative subject in his own right. Along with their professional development, occupational therapists also preserve and communicate information to younger professionals. Any subjective contribution to the development of occupational therapy thus becomes institutionalized. Individuality must find expression in creativity inside occupational therapy. Occupational therapy must continue to remain in a relevant a dialogue with itself and time-defined social interactions.
