Abstract		The aim of this study was to evaluate functional changes in chronic stroke patients. They were included in a refreshing neurophysiotherapy treatment. It was performed in a group of five clients and on an out-patient basis. Functional status was assessed by AMPS, an occupational therapy evaluation tool. The clients were assessed prior to the first and after the last intervention. The results showed no significant functional changes in their functional status. However, taking into account the clients' opinion, it could be concluded that this program enhances the quality of life in chronic stroke patients.
