Abstract     In collaboration with Health and Welfare Canada, the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) developed a conceptual model known as Canadian Model of Occupational Performance (CMOP). The model is based on client-centered practice, including three components, namely: level of man's functioning (individual), occupational level and environment. Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) was introduced in 1988. It is concerned with the level of occupation which is further divided into self-care, productivity and leisure.
