Abstract		Susceptibility testing results for 919 Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates obtained from blood, tracheal aspirates, urine, wounds and sputa in patients admitted in the Medical Centre and the Institute of Oncology in Ljubljana in the year 2000 are presented. The susceptibility testing was performed by the disk diffusion method according to National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards recommendations. The isolates showed highest susceptibility to ceftazidime (80.690.9%) and amikacin (78.9-90.9%). Susceptibility to gentamicin (60.2-78.8%), netilmicin (63.881.8%) and ciprofloxacin (56.9-79.8%) was lower. Susceptibility to imipenem was over 85%, except in respiratory tract isolates.
